Any questions?

How do I pay for Oracle?

Crypto only. I might have other options for returning customers.

  1. Pick a plan and pay.
  2. Keep the Trocador payment ID in case there are problems.
  3. I'll send an invite to the email once I processed the payment. If you don't get an email after 24 hours, message on Discord.

It may take up to 24 hours for me to process a payment, but it's usually within 10 hours if I'm not online.

I have never used crypto. How does it work?

Create an account on an exchange like Coinbase or Kraken. You can pay with a card or bank transfer and buy crypto there. Litecoin (LTC) is a good pick: send fees stay low, unlike Bitcoin, and both platforms sell it. Buy a bit more than the plan costs — the exchange takes a cut.

  1. Open a Pay link on this site and choose LTC.
  2. Copy the wallet address and the amount Trocador shows you.
  3. In the exchange, use Send or Withdraw and paste those exact values.

Can I send crypto without Trocador?

Yes. Monero only — contact on Discord for instructions.

What OS does it run on?

Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Do I need to disable antivirus?

Depends on the AV you use, but I can't give support with AV enabled.

Is this a virus?

No. The app uses some of the same techniques a virus would use to stay hidden, like kernel-level memory access. I do not scan your personal files. What I collect:

  • your IP
  • your game version
  • account related actions like logins
  • usage / games played

The app also looks for suspicious reverse-engineering or network-analysis tools you might have running.

Why does it ask to disable HVCI and VDBL?

HVCI (Hypervisor-protected Code Integrity) and VDBL (Vulnerable Driver Blocklist) have to be off so the app can run in kernel-mode and stay undetected. The app asks on start. You will need to restart after the change.

Are there trials?

Limited 1-day trials are available right now, for people getting started. Message on Discord and you will get an invite if there are still slots for the day.

How many devices can use the app?

One device. You are asked to bind your hardware ID to your Oracle account on first login with a valid license.

What happens if my hardware ID changes?

Login to to reset it once a week.

Are there refunds?

No refunds. If there are downtimes, you will get additional time credited. If you have problems getting it to run, message on Discord for support.
